When it comes to beauty, makeup, hair care etc I'm sure we all have a few things we would love to buy and put on a list of things to buy and try out. I have a large list but here I've listed some of the items that I wanted to buy and try in 2015. There are a few more things that spring to mind that I want to try, but these are my top picks.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit, £39 - beautybay.com I've wanted to try this contour kit out since it first came out but I have a hard time parting with money. I've read the reviews and I've seen it in action and I just can't dismiss it anymore It's definitely the top of my to buy list.
To go along with my makeup purchases I also have been lusting after the Zoeva Rose Gold Brush set, £56.95 - Love-makeup.com good brushes go a long way in making the application of your makeup flawless and I definitely like to set my brushes on display on my vanity so to me it's almost necessary that they look beautiful as well as perform well. The reviews on these brushes are amazing with not one bad review to be found (almost, can't please everyone) so they are definitely a must for me, I can't wait to get my hands on them. Speaking of brushes I also want to buy two of the Real Techniques Bold Metals Brushes in 301 Flat Contour, £25 and 200 Oval Shadow, £15 - Boots. These brushes are the more premium range of Real Techniques with high quality bristles and weighted handles amongst other things, hence the higher price tag. They look gorgeous and I can imagine they're brilliant if they're anything like, or better than, the original Real Techniques line.
I have recently gotten into building up my fragrance collection because 1) It's nice to have an array of fragrances, 2) that way my favourite fragrances last longer, as I have a choice of which to wear and 3) The look amazingly pretty on my vanity. My most recent want, which also featured in my Fragrance Wishlist on Polyvore is the Chloe Eau De Parfum 30ml, £45 - Debenhams whenever I'm in work, I always have a little spray of this because it's just so fresh and clean smelling, which is what I love in a fragrance, I might ask for this for my birthday from my parents!
Matte, liquid lipsticks are my favourite thing at the moment, matte lipstick is definitely my favourite texture as it's so effortless and classy and easy to wear (for me anyway, I know some people have trouble with this texture and find it drying but personally I love it.) My first ever was Lime Crime's Velvetine in Red Velvet and it's still my favourite matte red to this day, it's kiss proof, heat proof, transfer proof and just amazingly pigmented so I definitely want to build up my collection. The ones I'm lusting after this year are Lime Crime Velvetine's in Pansy, Salem, Pink Velvet & Wicked, $20 each - Limecrime.com
Next, we have haircare. My hair isn't in bad condition now I'm looking after it, despite having bleached it 8-10 times in the last 3 years and put numerous box dyes on it, straightening it and so forth, I've tried to be good with treatments and cuts and anything else I can think of to keep it looking healthy. I want to invest in some better hair care to keep it looking healthy and the first product I've chosen is Redken Extreme Anti-Snap 240ml, £11.66 - Feel Unique I've heard a lot of good things about this product and my hair is notorious for snapping at the ends and preventing me from getting any length, so I really want to give this a try. Also to give my hair a little more moisture I want to try out the Macadamia Deep Repair Masque 250ml, £19.40 - Feel Unique this has got such rave reviews I really want to see what the fuss is all about. I can't wait to get my hands on this and slather it all over my dehydrated hair!
Last but certainly not least we have Estee Lauder Take It Away Total Makeup Remover/Cleanser 200ml, £22 - Debenhams I had a small travel size of this in my Gift With Purchase from Estee Lauder and it was so so good. It was gentle, it smelled lovely and it took my makeup off even better than my Micellar waters do which is a great thing for me, I used to run a face wipe over my face, follow with this baby, slather it all over my face and wipe off with a cotton pad, then go in with micellar water and then cleanse with my face wash and my skin would feel amazing after it, so clean and so smooth it was just a brilliant product and I can't wait to buy the full size!
There we have it! My 2015 wishlist, there are a few other things I would like such are the Charlotte Tilbury Dolce Vita Eye Shadow Quad, £48 and I would also really want to try the Anastasia Beverly Hills Single Shadows $12 each & Liquid Lipsticks $20 each.
What do you think of my wishlist?
Do you have any of these products, if so what are they like and are the worth me buying? Would you purchase any of these if you haven't already? Let me know your thoughts!

I really want both the Zoeva and Real Techniques Bold Metals brushes! I have developed a little obsession with makeup brushes recently and like you I think it's important that they look nice as well as do the job they are intended for. My birthday is coming up so I will definitely be putting both of these on my birthday wish list hehe xx
