Recently I shared my Top 5 High End Beauty Products (post here) where I chose what products from high end brands I would most definitely repurchase. I have created the same sort of post here, but with drugstore (or Boots/Superdrug if you're from the UK like me) products that are inexpensive but still really excellent quality.
Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer
A cult product in the Beauty Blogosphere. At first I really didn't get on with this product, it caked on me, it looked weird and didn't cover my blemishes properly. I still don't like it for covering blemishes, I use something more green based and then go over with a concealer more my skin tone for that. I love to use this now, for highlighting on days when I've fake tanned, when I'm not tanned i'll use my Urban Decay Naked Concealer. This concealer is great for under eye highlighting and general face highlighting, in my opinion. It does need to be set as it can tend to crease when left to it's own devices but other than that you can't complain for the price!
Soap & Glory SuperCat Eyeliner
I am a huge fan on felt tip eyeliners. They go on easily, are easy to manouver and are just more user friendly in my opinion. The only thing I don't like is how quickly they can dry out. I've had my SuperCat eyeliner for going on two years and it's STILL going strong, given there was a period of around 6-12 months where I barely touched it, but it hasn't dried up. It's super black and doesn't smudge easily.
Cocoa Brown 1 Hour Tan
I have recently become a fake tan addict and I've tried my fair share from the drugstore in the last 9 months of using it and Cocoa Brown has to be the best that I've come across which is easily available and so affordable. You will not find a better self tan at this price point anywhere in the drug store in my honest opinion. It's the beginners best friend, it's almost impossible to go wrong applying it. It has a guide colour so you can see where you're applying it and instructions on how to get the best tan possible on the back. It smells delicious and lasts up to 1 week. It is incredible. I'm currently in the motions of testing the Dark version and a review is up coming in the next week or two so stay tuned!
Maybelline Colour Tattoos
I haven't included only one colour as it's the formula I'm mainly talking about. These cream eyeshadows are insane, they're extremely pigmented, really creamy, last all day and are under a fiver, what more could we ask for? I have 4 colours and definitely intend on buying more!
Real Techniques Brushes
I'm talking about the brand as a whole again on this one, I love these brushes, they're super affordable, really nicely made, great quality bristles and easily accessible. They are definitely my favourite drug store brush, I really don't have a bad word to say. If you're looking for something more professional Real Techniques also do a line of pro brushes called "Bold Metals" which are great if you're looking for something a little more professional!
I hope you enjoyed my Top 5 Drugstore Beauty products! Let me know your picks!

DeleteCocoa Brown is my all time favourite fake tanner! Glad to hear your Supercat is still going strong after all this time, my mascaras and eyeliners seem to dry up so quickly.
